« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The Pool(s) were small based on the size of the resort. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Seating was very limited. The elevator in the building was out of order and we were not informed of that. The room we were assigned we enjoyed. My reservation did say condominium and we passed those as we were assigned to a building. This is a newly Hilton acquired property and compared to other Hilton property stays I’m sure there will be plenty of updates. »

« The hotel is amazing! The views of the lake are beautiful. It’s a classy hotel with a professional staff. The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property. »

« Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

« We loved this hotel stay! The room was super spacious and felt very clean. The bed was great along with the pillows. The air conditioning unit was also great and kept the room cool. The only negative I can say about this stay was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty high but otherwise it was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good! »
