well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received that money back it's not even pending and the lady at the front desk who I tried to talk to you about. It was very rude and very combative, but then ended up telling me she couldn't do anything about it that was out of her power so I would have to contact her boss in the morning. however, there was a young lady who worked at the desk at night. She was amazing so sweet so comforting and so welcoming she made the whole stay. she made us feel so welcome and helped me with any little knee that I had was very open to any kind of questions or inquiries I had the rooms were excellent, clean, beautiful and very comfortable and efficient when the young lady on nights was on duty everything was perfect and she's also new at the front desk which made it even more amazing that she was so good at her job overall it was a good stay, but I don't like being charged double and they combativeness over me wanting my money back really just took away from the experience. overall 3 out of 5
