« Finn's Frolic is a lovely, private cottage on a quiet farm road. Big windows let in light all day. The decor is cheerful and casual, and the house is spotless. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking a meal, and you can cook outdoors on a grill or over a fire. There's even a laundry room! The hosts provide eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, along with coffee and tea. The loft bedroom can sleep two adults, though the ceiling might be a little low for someone tall. « Great little cabin with beautiful countryside and only a short distance from Lexington and VMI! Easy check-in. Great space indoors and out. Kitchen was nice and had all the amenities we needed. »

« This place is perfect. Ferne is an excellent host with a beautiful cottage that is clean and comfortable. »

« Its the giant house on the side of the road, parking is by the tree on the hill. Arriving at night was hard to tell, with many small houses around the big house, and drive ways small. Dont let this fool you, this is to help you find it, as the place is amazing to stay. There are many rooms to stay in this house. This one is on 2nd floor, around tight nit stairs on top left. Room photos do not do it justice, its a bedroom / hallwall with bathroom, and den (spare room) very cozy, den is nice and...

« We loved our stay, the host checked on us and we have very good communication. We'll definitely be back!! »

« Wonderful and lovely vacation home! I wish we could of stay longer. Very very clean and comfortable. The only somewhat critic is that its beside a very busy road and we can hear the cars driving. It is still very private and peaceful with the trees. Loved the camp fire and listening to the cicidas at night! I highly recommend and would stay there again if visiting Virginia. »

« The cottage was beautiful! Clean and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and the location was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed time by the campfire. Was a lovely time away! »
