« Two pools clossd for remodel and wrecked our view from balcony. Otherwise great! »

« This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again. »

« The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful. Please note if you book in January some of the local businesses are closed for the season, but there are still lots that are open. Do your research. »

« Very happy with the stay. Location was perfect, beautiful view, bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The only negative was there was no place to hang your clothes half the closet was off limits with big tote from mgmt, the other half half had boogie boards and beach chairs along with alot of sand on floor. »

« The condo was very accommodating. Porch patio very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Use of elevators were never busy. Twin mattress needs to be replaced and full size mattress is worn out. Rough sleeping for my teenage boys. Beds move too easy. Pillows are worn out. The dryer does not completely dry clothes. Nice to be so close to good restaurants and grocery store. »

« It needs a deep cleaning, shower drains were clogged. And they didn’t get us in at 4 cleaning lady was still there until 5pm. But over all it was a nice place. »

« 2 Business partners met me there and they had a great time while we discussed work. Plenty of things to do in the area and restaurants. Great place! »

« We were very pleased with our stay at the Palooza. The home was very spacious and just as it’s described, beautiful. The private beach was awesome and is one reason why we would definitely book again. »

« There was more here than expected… fully stocked, and it seemed travelers left behind little gifts here and there, so we added a souvenir cup!The view was incredible, master bed was super comfy! The tv was a tiny bit complicated, but once it was figured out is was simple! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the really large patio/balcony were INCREDIBLE!We’re definitely returning, and Phil was a pleasure!We plan to enjoy all of the onsite amenities on our next stay! »

« Loved my unit!! Very clean and there were a lot of nearby places dining,gas, and activities! »

« Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch. »

"The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. There were plenty of activities in town for cold or rainy days. The beach nearby was so beautiful. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We liked the big room and the balcony. The big fridge was a good addition. "

"Bien dans l’ensemble. Propre, personnel attentionné. Toutefois, l’hôtel n’est pas jeune, les installations ont du vécue. Accessoires de cuisine dans les minis coins repas très très limités (pas de tasse ni verre, pas de savon à vaisselle, pas d’ouvre bouteille, pas de plaque ou gants pour le four etc.). Avions payé pour une vue partielle sur le le golf du Mexique et non; avions vue de réflexion partielle dans les portes patios des voisins! La description de la chambre suggère un balcon, mais en fait on le partageait avec 4 autres chambres et nous disposions de 2 tables de 4 personnes à partager et en très mauvais état… Et finalement, important de bien lire que ce sont des lits doubles (petit format) et le lit divan est très inconfortable et difficile à fermer; ne faites pas comme nous et ne considérez pas une chambre 2 lits doubles et un lit-divan comme une option intéressante pour loger 6 personnes tel que le suggère l’hôtel ! "
