« From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a clean fresh smell not that of an overpowering perfume smell that attempts to mask something, this place was truly clean, bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. « Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights. »

« Title says it all! Condo is a slice of heaven! It's very refreshing when a place is clean inside, well stocked kitchen, cozy bed, attention to detail in general and a great layout! Out back you have a balcony to end the day. It was our first time going to Perdido Key beach it was perfect not overcrowded like Orange Beach. Very secluded and private. Shop owners and resteraunt staff are all very polite and friendly. Pete was a wonderful host answers questions, fast responder, offers suggestions...

« We loved this cozy condo that had everything we needed. We go to Perdido every summer and with a newborn we knew we would have a lot to pack. The condo had beach toys, wagon, and chairs already available for use and saved us room for baby essentials. Susie was a great host and checked in on us to ensure we were happy! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, we will be staying again in the future! »

« This is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach vacation away from the crowds, but still be close enough to activities and restaurants. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 younger children. May be a bit crowded for a family with teens. Highly recommend! »

« I was suppose to stay with my friends at your beach house. But since they were a little older than me in their late 70s and early 80s they didn’t stay at the house. The steps was a no. So they stayed an hour away from the beach house. I just joined them every day. I enjoyed myself. I liked the quite. »
