Magnifique hôtel
Magnifique hôtel, à 5 minutes de la mer avec une plage privée, sans route à traverser. 4 belles piscines. Personnel très accueillant et disponible (par contre ne parlant pas français). Chambres propres et spacieuses, mais très mauvaise isolation. Nourriture bonne et variée.

Personnel très sympathique, multiples piscines, buffets abondants mais qualité très moyenne. Hôtel fréquenté en extrême majorité par les Russes, Ukrainiens...et autres pays de l’est.

Great for snorkeling. The rest is medium
Nice beach with direct access to do some snorkeling with very beautifull variety of fishes. Close to the congress center. The food is good. Good taxi service. The room is a little old and tired. A lot of noise especially from some construction workers that they used to start nocking and making horrible noises since 8:00 am right in front of the room. Very annoying after your flight arrival at 4:00am so don't expect much sleep. They are sometimes out of towels at the beach. The pool is very very cold. The restaurants close at 10pm and the room service starts at midnight. Don't epect food in between if you are hungry.

Fabuleuse mer rouge
Tout est résumé dans le titre quand à la situation géographique... Nager en snorkelling au pied de l'hotel au milieu d'un véritable aquarium tropical, absolument prodigieux !!! Grosse chaleur pour un mois d'avril, fort heureusement compensé par un vent constant. Barrière de corail immédiate le long de la plage, poissons tropicaux multicolores dans à peine 40cm d'eau. Chambres assez correctes avec vue splendide sur mer et ile de Tyran. All inclusive certes limité mais identique pour tous resort en Egypte ; buffet varié, néanmoins quasi identique chaque jour, alcool locaux très locaux... Plusieurs autres restaurants dans le complexe, malheureusement tous payant et ne faisant donc pas partie du all inclusive. Par conséquent, très bien pour une huitaine de jours, pas plus. Naama Bay et old market, à aller en tuf-tuf (mini bus local très accessible, peu couteux contrairement aux taxis officiels), peu de choses à voir hormis boutiques à Naama et souk artificiel à old market. Un petit voyage en avion au Caire, indispensable d'admirer les pyramides lors d'un séjour en Egypte. Ainsi que plongée aux abords de l'ile de Tyran. Une 1/2 journée de quad dans le désert de pierre en private, magnifique décor naturel. L'ensemble des excursions prises auprès d'Ali dans une petite agence de voyage et d'excursion juste en face de l'hotel. A conseiller, beaucoup moins cher que celles identiques proposées dans l'hotel. Restera des merveilleux moments de plénitude au milieu des coraux...

Very nice resort with many swimming pools and green areas. The staff were very nice and friendly and they like to help whenever asked. Breakfast was normal and nothing special. Price was reasonable and affordable.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

The property is extremely well kept, the photos on Expedia don’t make justice, the place actually looks even nicer! The customer service is amazing, they make you feel like royalty. Buffet selection on the meals were great and the ambience too. The only thing is about the other guests, we did see lots of East Europeans to be very rude with the staff, that was awful :/

A great stay for the family
I stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort for 12 nights. My group was my wife and 1 year old daughter. From the first night to the last, we had an incredible stay. The staff are some of the most friendliest and helpful people I've encountered on my travels (special mention to Lofty in the main restaurant). The quality of food in the resort is fantastic, the rooms are all clean and well maintained. There's pools, a private beach, kids play area, kids pools, and other activities during the day to keep you entertained. But most of all, we wanted a relaxing comfortable time away and we got that. The staff especially are excellent - they always have a smile on their face and go out of their way to play, talk and entertain my daughter when they saw her. My only issue is the wifi in the rooms is a bit hit and miss, but this is a minor issue. In all other aspects, we were really happy that we decided to stay here, and are already thinking about returning next year.

Impressive dedication to customer service!
Despite some issues both before & during our holiday, I am pleased to be able to give this resort a 5 star review. Negatives, Hotels.com state that this resort offers a transfer from the airport. You are instructed to contact the hotel 48hrs in advance to arrange this. I emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival & again 2 days before, yet failed to receive any reply to this date. I also telephoned 48hrs prior to arrival and my call whilst answered, was left off the hook with no communication for a full 4 minutes at International call rates. So contacting the hotel in advance is nigh on impossible! In the event, on arrival at the airport we were forced to haggle for a taxi at a cost of 20 Euro. I was subsequently advised by the hotel that they operate a scheduled shuttle at a cost of 5 Euro per person each way. Also, my partner used the Spa for a 2hr treatment but felt let down when it ended up being less than 90 minutes with only 30 minutes was in massage, the other hour in preparation using Sauna, hot tub etc. Positives... What impressed me most was the way in which these issues were resolved and how all the staff from Mohamed on reception (one of many as Mohamed also the name of our room service attendant and some waiting staff) to the staff in the Spa plus all the restaurant staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel special. The Spa staff gave my partner a complimentary repeat massage and for the issues regarding shuttle we received an upgrade and free transport on dep.

オールインクルーシブの割にリーズナブルな価格で、おいしいお酒とご飯をたくさん楽しむことができました。雰囲気がよく、部屋には担当の方がついて、困ったことがないか気にかけてくれます。部屋は清潔で、窓からは海と朝日がきれいに見えました。温水プールもありましたが、1月だと少し寒かったです。プラン内だと、ビールやワインが1種類がずつしかなかったのが少し残念でした。マリンアクテビティを楽しめる場所は、ホテルから少し遠いので、外部のツアーを予約するときは時間に余裕を持つことをおすすめします。

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sultan Garden Resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
