« My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. »

« The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay. »

« Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena. »

« We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. »

« This apartment is so CLEAN and welcoming. Our property manager Stefano replied quickly to our messages on the VRBO app, and was quite professional and welcoming with instructions and information to help us. As a family of 4 adults and 1 kid, we had plenty of room and plenty of supplies and towels for our stay. I have been renting through VRBO for several years and I highly recommend this property. « In general: good location, walking distance to the central and the city centre. View over the orange/terracotta rooftops of Bologna from the windows. However, some cons to be mentioned: we struggled with reaching the responsible person for the check in which caused stress. When we arrived, the accommodation was not cleaned properly and the linens and towels were dirty. Both the laundry machine and the AC did not work properly. And in addition, the electricity went off. »
