« The Ryokan has an excellent location at the seaside with many good restaurants near by. Japanese breakfast was delicious and there was a beautiful inner garden . It is conveniently located right by the bike path connecting to the Shimanami Kaido and a short walk from the Ferry / Cycle boat to Onomichi. « As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...

"la chambre originalement reservee avait juste un lit ?! ( probleme de traduction ?!) donc en arrivant ils ont vu que nous serions serres a deux.ils nous ont propose une chambre plus grande et plus chere ( + 7000 yen) forcement et nous avons accepte. chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer en contre-bas et grande baie vitree.Nous avons pris le repas au restaurant vers 13h et c etait excellent : encore une fois belle vue sur la mer en contre-bas. Nous avons aussi pris le petit-dejeuner traditionnel (japonais: soupe miso, poisson, riz..) le lendemain. Le parc Senko-ji est situe a 5 min a pied donc nous avons pu en profiter pour deambuler dans les petites rues a notre rythme. Personnel sympathique et souriant."
