« place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt. »

« The property was nice - the bedposts were broken and definitely some wear on the furniture ( note to people planning on staying- they don't provide powdered creamer for the two Keurig pods of coffee allotted also no salt and pepper), check in was easy. The fireplace did not work- this was especially disappointing. The property manager did not respond to text messages and the first phone call I made he assured me it would be fixed. No one showed up to fix it, and he did not answer later...

« We were very disappointed in our accommodations. We arrived to the two connected units and nothing had been cleaned. Beds were dirty, used towels were on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and the kitchen was dirty with trash still in the cans. It was obvious that someone had stayed there and nothing had been cleaned afterward. We contacted the host right away. The gentleman sent us to another two units down the hall. We entered the new code and walked in on people already staying in those...
