« Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host! »

« Enjoyed our stay. We did ask for some coffee pods, or a coffee maker and never heard back. Hot tubs were broken. Which was a bummer »

« place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt. »

« Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much. »

« Room was listed as a one bedroom with king bed and a couch. Listing stated the room accommodated 4 people. When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay.
