« Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for couple of hours only so didn’t get a chance to feel it. The only thing is that property was very far away from every nice location and unfortunately owners didn’t see my reservation and when we were there they were not ready for us. It wasn’t anyones fault but because of this i was late for other places i was supposed to be seeing. Otherwise rooms are nice and clean, Everything looks very cozy and if you are going to visit Utah for a couple of days...

« I had a very late arrival and still received prompt attention when I needed access assistance. The room was spotless. Accommodations were spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was an awesome experience traveling solo and needing a place in American Fork for the night. »

« Overall spacious house with plenty of room and decently clean. My children loved the kids play area, breakfast at the kitchen island was good, good beds, easy communication with owner. Cons for a house that sleeps 9 we were only able to find 3 wash cloths, some of the dishes that were put away were not properly clean. Would I stay again? YES! Overall a great experience. »

« It was a cool place for two people. The neighborhood was nice. The ad was not clear on parking, you had to park at the end of the last home, next to abandoned vehicles, at a dead end. The thermostat is located in a different unit, so it was freezing cold, especially when taking a bath. upon check- in there was a bombardment of rules and restrictions contract that you had to sign. It was walking on egg shells the whole time, felt uncomfortable, other than that the place is clean, and cute. »

« We had so much fun here! Lots of space and nice having 3 bathrooms for everyone. The only con is that I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the fold out couch. Super uncomfortable! Make sure you have enough beds for everyone. »
