« The property is in a good location as far as creature comforts are concerned. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also a nice walking trail nearby. »

« Although the location is advertised as a hotel, this is a misnomer as the rooms are individually owned and vary enormously as to the equipemet etc inside, and although the staff at reception are pleasant, it is not the usual welcome of a hotel. On arrival, I was told there were plenty of places nearby to eat - as a result I wandered in entirely the wrong direction, towards the ski slopes where most places were shut at 8.30 p.m. It would have been very helpful to have been told a small store was...

« The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm...

« The property was very clean. »
