« Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"Hôtel très cosy, calme et agréable. Personnel très gentil. Dans une rue sans voiture avec les transports pas très loin. Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre ville. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais offre un choix limité pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Bristol"
