The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

« Updated, roomy & clean. Our family of 4 loved it. Property is exactly as described. We loved the dock & inlet,watching the wildlife & fish. Anna Maria Island was extremely congested, crowded, horrible traffic throughout our stay. We ended up staying at the condo more, which was fine. »

« The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here! »

« I couldnt have booked a better spot for my kids. I was nervous it being above a restaurant but you couldnt even tell. It was so tranquil in the backyard and upstairs, during the day we took the golf cart to the beach or shopped around and this was the most convenient place I ever stayed at. It was decorated better than most people decorate their own homes I just loved it and so did my kids and their friends.
