« The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin. « We absolutely loved the place. Hosts put so much thought into making the place feel like a tropical paradise. It is cozy but spacious enough for a family. The outside patio and hot tub were our favorites! Location is superb - we went kayaking in Don Pedro park, and to the beach in Boca Grande, both very short drives away. Katja was exceptional with her communication and responsiveness. We 100% recommend the place. »

« It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍 »

« Great vacation home. Had everything we wanted. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. We brought all our own beach stuff and discovered they provide beach wagon, chairs, sunbrella, etc. Bikes too! Stayed in October and the neighborhood was empty. Woll definitely go back »

« We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and well-appointed. It was easy to check in and out and the owners were very responsive to any needs or questions. There was even a friendly cat that visited once in a while! Would definitely come back again & recommend for anyone considering a stay in Sarasota! »
