Visit nearby National Monuments (Tuzigoot, Montezumaâs Castle and Well) as well as Sedonaâs vibrant arts scene. Within walking distance, you'll find grocery, galleries, and some of the areaâs finest restaurants.
Return after fun-filled days out exploring the town and relax in this vacation rental's comfortable living area, with a fireplace, books, and media, and more than enough room for you and your guests to kick up your feet. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table -- also perfect for family game nights! Put on your favorite bathing suit and hop into the on-site pool for a refreshing swim, then return home to watch TV or relax outside on your furnished patio and catch the sunset and its Redrock views. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated workstation with sound system. Other comforts and amenities include a vaporizer and sleep machine, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.
Shared pool and hot tubs are open year-round. Pool is kept at natural temperature June-October. It is heated to 50 degrees for tile protection from November-February and heated to 80 degrees March-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
