« The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. »

We also wanted to be able to enjoy a grand meal together for up to 14 of us. Compton House was perfect for us - a very unusual and lovely property. « We really enjoyed our short stay at the Carthouse. It's a lovely property in Axbridge, with Cheddar Gorge within easy reach. Communication with Val was excellent and also waited on the side of the road to show us the entrance to the side road. The Carthouse was spotlessly clean and Val had left several thoughtful items to get us started including bread, milk, wine and cider! Thank you Val, it was much appreciated. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely property. »

« Overall great place. Nice yard, comfortable couches, plenty of space. Upstairs rooms get hot during the hottest part of the summer. Back doors don't open. But overall our family loved staying there. »

« We had a lovely stay. The Cowshed was stunning and loved all the little extras eg honey, coffee beans, shampoo etc. The area was lovely and so close to different things eg beach, supermarkets, walks. »

« Tuckerton Grange is a fantastic location for both family and friends. A whole host of things to do all within the grounds, hard to pick a favourite, but between a variety of children from age 9-20 they loved the pool, yoga room and games room. The house was lovely and clean on arrival with excellent communication with the owner both prior and throughout. The only downside was that we had to leave! »

« Das mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Haus war für uns 5köpfige Familie ein gut geeigneter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin im Vorgarten, wir fanden zum Kochen alles vor, was wir brauchten. Überrascht waren wir, dass zwei der Betten im Gartenhaus separiert vom Haupthaus zu finden waren, aber da hätten wir wohl genauer lesen mpssen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! »

« Second visit to Polden cottage, and just as good as we remembered.We traveled a little further afield this time to visit Weymouth (1and 3/4 hours) but well worth it to see the beautiful beach.All at the cottage was excellent, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Already looking to book again. »

« We had a fantastic stay at the Old House. The cottage was cosy, clean, spacious and as described on the photos. We could feel at home. We were a family with 2 teenagers. There was also a big garden full of beautiful flowers. The children even played badminton. We didn't use the barbecue despite great weather because we were too exhausted after busy visiting days ! The owners were very helpful : first they waited for us until 11.30 pm ( plane delayed...) and then on the next day Manor gave us a...
