« The room was clean and the shower worked well (although personal preference I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain!). They provided a fan in the room which was needed with the heat. All the staff were lovely and they even carried our big suitcase up the stairs for us! Enjoyed are stay and located in a wonderful location. »

« Had a wonderful couple of nights at 8 Owls in Glastonbury. Lilija was super responsive and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the location next to the High Street and all the shops was great for us. Loved all of the Owls and other details around the property and the terrace at the top was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again. »

« Franchement… comment peut on appeler un Établissement „Boutique Hotel“ et accueillir les Clients avec des Boites a clefs ? Très decue du Standing de l établissement. Nous etions loges dans l annexe qui donnait sur un parking avec des poubelles… pas terrible. Au Petit dej accueil sympa mais les fruits n etaient pas très frais. Donc le Prix n est pas en Rapport avec la qualite »

« We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double).
