« The staff provided exceptional assistance. Although the hotel lacked a freezer for overnight storage of our gel packs, the front desk personnel successfully identified a solution through a nearby restaurant. We appreciate their efforts. »

« the room was very very small, no wardrobe to store clothes but the worst was "no window"... How can we make today to rent a room without window... Unbelievable !! »

« Great location if you have business at the university otherwise no good reason to stay there. No lobby. Unable to accommodate early check in. Lobby toilet in the basement next to sleeping staff behind blankets. Would not accommodate my request to shorten my stay. Even when expedia got involved. Ceiling in my tiny room needed a couple of layers of paint. Woken close to midnight by kids running up and down corridor screaming. Do not recommend. »

« Clean room, liked the Netflix provided on the TV »

« hotel is remote - room layout is a bit odd but functional - but no noise insulation »

« It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great. »

« Great hotel with friendly staff, but some of them are not easy to understand. The location is ok but would prefer next time to stay at city centre »

« Chambre correcte »

« The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...
