It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was set up nicely. The room was super clean. The property felt safe and easy parking. Very walkable to many things. Easy to get around. Hosts were very accomidating would stay again.

Our stay at Sweet Suites was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights for an event in Seattle and were very pleased with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy without being too small. Vince was super welcoming and helpful and responsive to emails, which was greatly appreciated. The area was very safe as well which made the overall trip a positive experience. We had such a great time here that we plan to book at the Sweet Suites again next time we visit!

This is a comfortable, stylish place offering spacious rooms and a well-equipped shared kitchen and living room. We had two great nights here and plan to stay here our next visit to Seattle!!

Cute with great communication
This place is very nice. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The location is safe and easy to access for Uber/Lyft drivers. It can be noisy. We did unfortunately one night have to listen to people talking loudly at 5am. Disrespectful neighbors, nobody's fault. The host responded promptly and was very genuine and nice.

It was a pretty cool spot. It’s like a duplex/townhouse with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area is shared but we never saw anybody in there

Really felt the Seattle hospitality, close to the hospitals, cleaner was friendly, management was understanding and quick to answer emails. 10/10 would stay again and going to. Nice and clean rooms!!

Good, not great. Too noisy.
Functionally this place is more like a hostel than a “suite.” Two units have private entrances, but the other 6 connect to the main staircase and halls. They have private bathrooms, which is great, though. My main issue was that no one was there to enforce the stated quiet hours, and I was woken up at 2:30am by someone across the hall having a phone/zoom call at full volume. The location was great, and everything was clean and functional, but in the end it didn’t feel like a great deal for all the $$$ I spent.

The place was perfect! One of the other guests had Asian food and the smell seemed to last for days. I really hope they enjoyed it.

Excelente sitio para quedarte dede una a varias noches, la habitación es muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una estadía increíble. La ubicación es perfecta ya que puedes conseguir diferentes sitios para comer o tomar algo walking distance.

Very conveniently located. Residential neighborhood just to the north was perfect for dog walking & great Thai food was just a half mile walk away. Rooms are gorgeous & very well appointed. Shared kitchen is great & really well stocked.

Excellent property! Everything was as described and our room was VERY clean. We picked the area for the proximity to downtown, and were happy to see that it was very safe and quiet, especially coming home in the evening. It felt much safer than being downtown! Close proximity to multiple bus routes. The host was very responsive to any questions and helpful with a broken outlet in our bathroom. Highly recommend, I will stay here again next time I come to Seattle!

We found great street parking at all times of day, it could be because we were in off season though. We could hear occasional noise but not during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. The kitchen was so convenient and we loved being close to downtown. Felt very safe in this area! If you have a car available this is a great option!

A nice place to stay that is close to multiple bus stops. The room was comfortable and I liked that we had our own private bathroom. There was a lot of shared facilities like a kitchen and laundry. Host was very open with communication and answered all questions.

Hidden $50 cleaning fee and $200 breakage fee until checkin, small room with dirty rug, area around is a little off, slow WiFi, but properly itself is nice and answers to questions were prompt.

Second time in and I still love it. Everything is so close and it’s so clean. This time I even used the record player in the common area and it had a great range of music. I’m so happy I found this place. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist super sauber und man kann sogar gratis seine Wäsche waschen. Einfach toll. Die Kommunikation klappt ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider kann man halt echt Pech mit seinen Mitbewohnern haben, denn die Wände sind dünn wie Papier und wenn sich nicht an Ruhezeiten gehalten wird und man etwas nachsichtig miteinander umgeht, dann ist es einfach nur laut und störend. Wir hatten 2 schlechte Nächte weil 2 andere Zimmer auf unserem Flur so laut waren. Sehr schade und nicht erholsam…
