You indicated that you were unsatisfied with having to pay for a new reservation due to the original one booked being placed on the wrong day. Unfortunately due to the reservation being booked through a 3rd party website, the front desk staff was unable to make changes to that reservation, you would need to contact the site for changes to be made.
