Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. « We had a very disappointing stay at this property and ended up leaving early, without any refund. To start: the home was noticeably dirty and far more run down than the listing photos suggest. Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip. « The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »
