The Space:
One bedroom has queen bed, and the other has a double bed, televisions, air conditioning and lots of storage space in attractive wooden furniture and closets. Thereâs also a TV and A/C in the family room, and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The bathroom has wooden cabinets and granite counters.
The living room has a brand-new couch with a daybed, along with nice wooden furniture. The entire condo is newly painted and has nice views of the garden and pool.
The fully stocked kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. It has wooden cabinets and granite counters, plus a small kitchen island. A square kitchen table seats four.
This 600-square-foot condo is located on the second floor. It has a balcony with wicker furniture, table and chairs overlooking the pool area.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Playas del Coco
This big town/little city on Costa Ricaâs Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours.
In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need.
Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and itâs even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa.

While taxis are available, they may be somewhat challenging to find. Many locals rely on buses for transportation, although there is a limited selection of routes and schedules.
