The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, I do want to make a formal complaint about an incident at the pool involving a staff member named Sabrina. We had our dog, Dolly, with usâwho we paid to have on the propertyâand we had asked for permission to be at the pool area with her.
Later in the day, Sabrina came outside and immediately began yelling at us in a very condescending tone. She said things like âyouâve already checked outâ and made rude comments about Dolly running around the pool patio, even though no one appeared to be bothered. Some women had briefly come out earlier, then returned inside before Sabrina showed up, so itâs likely a complaint was made. Thatâs understandable, but the situation couldâve been handled with more professionalism and respect.
The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and left a bad impression after what had been an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as no guest should be treated that wayâespecially when following the propertyâs rules and being respectful.
