PARFAIT
Excellent hôtel, pas trop mal situé, avec de belles vues sur la mer. Accueil plaisant et souriant, les chambres confortables disposent de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reussi. Petit déjeuner complet, Wi-Fi efficace, parking, une bonne adresse.

La situación del hotel es excelente. Hotel muy limpio y la familia que lo regenta es estupenda. Lo recomiendo y si puedo volver a Saranda, lo haré a este hotel.

Mycket fint hotell med god frukost och fin poolanläggning. Dock f-r långt från centrum f-r vår smak och tråkigt närområde.

清潔なホテル
サランダのフェリー港から徒歩5分～10分弱でした。港から1本道なので迷うことは無いと思います。部屋は5階建てで2階からが客室でした。部屋は清潔です。エレベーターが無いので荷物が多い人は大変かもしれません。ホテルから徒歩1分でプライベートビーチ（岩、または砂利ですが）です。海もビーチもとてもきれいです。近くに小さなコンビニの様なお店が2件あるのでお水などには困らないと思います。

Fin beliggenhed direkte til strand.
Lille hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel, hvor værelserne er spartansk møbleret, men med en beliggenhed og udsigt direkte til havet og Korfu. Fine altaner med plads til bord og stole. Strandstole og parasoller med i prisen. Morgenmaden er tilstrækkelig og fint. Egen restaurant ved stranden. Spisesteder i nærheden.

Do not sleep here
Uninterested staff that didn’t show us up to the room left us with an first bad impression. When we finally found our way to the room it was not cleaned in a proper way. Piss on the toilet, garbage on the floor and the bed was not made. On top of this they had put “clean” towels in the bathroom and on the bed? We just returned the key and left without saying anything really.

si... hotel Piccolino ma... una bomboniera.. organizzato in modo impeccabile, panorama mozzafiato, indescrivibile... proprietari simpatici, professionali, disponibilissimi. Lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi.

3 YÖTÄ SARANDASSA
Olimme neljän hengen huoneessa kolme yötä kyseisessä hotellissa. Huoneessa ei ollut ennakkotiedosta poiketen vuodesohvaa, vaan kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä ja parisänky. Parveke oli iso ja hieno näkymä merelle. 10 min kävelymatka keskustaan. Aamiainen oli kevyt mutta riittävä. Hotellilla private beach hotellin edustalla, missä tuolit ilmaisia mutta ranta hieman kivikkoinen.Hotellissa hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde, 90€/yö elokuussa. Kylpyhuone/wc oli pieni ja suihkussa käydessä koko kylppäri oli märkä. Lähistöllä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja useampi pieni kauppa.

Horrible!
This is a real review, not a fake one. This "hotel" is a awful in most ways. First of all I booked (and payed) the room in january and arrived in may (I arrived late but did call them in advance and told them), but at arrival they told me I could only stay in the room they got for me one night and then I had to move to another room, the reason being I have only booked a room for two but today they didnt have that only a family room. So what happen is that even if I already payed and booked the room long time ago they rented it to someone else ("overbooked" like American Airways). The room itself is horrible, the toilet is minimal and in a not so smart way the door open inwarts hitting the toilet so you cant almost get in yourself (Im quite small person, if you are fat you will not be able at all). They only clean the room sometimes, one of the days we had already left the hotel about 10.00 and when we came back in the evening it was completely untouched. The reception is not properly manned. Also I could not see there where any cleaning staff anywhere in the morning in this small hotel. There are ants in the room. About the location: Sarande is a small town and regarding that this hotel is relatively far from the centre and there is absolutely nothing of interests for anyone in this area. All other hotels is better located. The "beach" in front of the hotel is stone/concrete stuff not suitable for bathing in any way and nobody does. Parking is a narrow horror

Strandnært, flott utsikt, rent hotell.
Flott service, rent rom, selv om fasilitetene fremsto som (unødvendig) uferdige; eneste lyskilde i hovedrommet var "grell" lyspære/sparepære i taket (ingen leselys over sengen - uforståelig, og slik var det på samtlige rom). Med relativt enkle midler kunne nok hotel Piccolino fremstått i en helt annen klasse enn det gjør pr. i dag. Understrekes; -meget god og hyggelig service, flott frokost og hyggelig pris.

Hotel blisko centrum i portu. Pyszne śniadania.
Hotel prowadzony przez rodzinę, która stara się jak może żeby zapewnić wszytko co potrzebne.Pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu. Czysto. Pościel i ręczniki zmieniane kilkakrotnie w czasie naszego 9 dniowego pobytu. Z własną plażą. Polecamy!

Se siete il Albania e cercate una sistemazione a Saranda, questa soluzione fa per voi. L'albergo, con ristorante sul mare e spiaggia privata, offre camere ampie e un servizio cordiale e premuroso, con un rapporto qualita' prezzo piu' che soddisfaciente.

Jättemysigt hotell. Bra läge i förhållande till restauranger och stränder. Personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick först ett rum med balkong som hade utsikt över delar av havet och ville byta, det var inga problem och vi fick en balkong med superfin utsikt en dag senare. Nackdelen var att det inte städades varje dag och att möblerna hade rätt låg kvalité.

Frokosten var en daglig overraskelse. Ingen buffet altså, men frokosten smakte hver gang. Rommet hadde tv (stor nok flatskjerm), air condition, klesskap, kjøleskap, balkong og dusj med varmt vann. Fin utsikt mot havet og Korfu. Senga var stor nok, men for hard. Også putene. Og til balkongen; her var det "rekkverk" ca. 40 cm høyt. I HMS-øyemed må dette kunne betraktes som farlig. Må monteres rekkverk på minst 1 m. Det er kritikkverdig, for man kan ikke kompromittere hotellgjestens sikkerhet, og jeg vil derfor si at hotellet fremstår som uferdig. For øvrig familiedrevet, engelskkunnskapen er så der. Egen sone med solsenger på stranda. Prisen for rommet pr. natt med frokost, var behagelig lav. Fikser hotellet det som er nevnt ovenfor, anbefales dette hotellet - for alle som ikke har problemer med å gå trapper opp og ned.

Excellent value, far better than you would expect.
Came for three days, stayed for a week. From check in to check out the hotel and staff met or exceeded my expectations. Top of class in terms of staff, facilities and service. They truly care about their guests and it shows.

Family run hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic, but clean. Free parking. Free wifi. Small breakfast variations; eggs, byrek, coffe and juice or milk. Good value for money. Don't expect luxury. We had sea view/balcony and nice afternoon and evening sun. Right on the seafront, but in May 2016; not suited for bathing. Quiet, though there are a lot of construction projects around ( as in 'all Albania' by 2016.) Felt 'being looked after, and taken care of :)) Would go back for next Sarande stay!

Best Hotel In Saranda
It was great the stay! Me and my girl friend staid only 1 night at Piccolino Hotel and we reallye love it. The hotel is close to the city and few step from the beach, the breakfast was very nice, the food in the restaurant was Albanian Traditional and also there was different specialty. I recommend the hotel for many reason.

Best Hotel in Albania
It was only 1 night stay at Hotel Piccolino! I loved the view from balcony, the tasty breakfast, very close to the city, nice people as was family run business, high speed wi-fi, super traditional food in the restaurant. Before I staid in Hotel Piccolino I was in many cities of Albania but the like this hotel was not! I fully recommend Hotel Piccolino for many reason.
