« Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....

« Ce que j’ai aimé : les piscines, la propreté, la disponibilité des personnels. Pas de commentaire négatif hormis que j’ai appris en milieu de séjour que je pouvais bénéficier du club Millésime de l’établissement. Cela m’aurait évité un petit déjeuner musclé avec les 600 personnes arrivées pour un meeting. La responsable de l’établissement s’est bien excusé pour l’oubli. »

« We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it...
