« 직원들이 너무 친절해요. 객실은 오픈하고 얼마되지 않아, 무척 깨끗해요. 야외 수영장 2곳이 너무 좋았어요. 워터파크와 테마파크가 걸어서 5분 거리에요. 테마파크의 롤러코스터가 재밌어요. 아쿠아리움 안에 식당이 있는데, 인어 쇼를 보면서 식사 할 수 있어요. 매일밤 불꽃놀이가 있어서 환상적이에요. 주변 유명 관광지와도 가까워요,중국어를 한마디도 못하는데, 직원들이 친절해서 전혀 무리가 없었어요. 싼야 피닉스공항에서 차로 1시간 거리인데, 편안하게 쉬기 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있고, 레스토랑도 나쁘지 않았어요 직원들의 친절함은 세계 최고수준이에요 »

« C’est un endroit pour les amoureux de la plage et de la détente. Malheureusement les plages sont sales et pleines de plastiques partout; Les hôtels de front de mer ne donnent aucune consignes au personnel de plage qui s’en moque royalement. J’ai vu une seule poubelle sur la plage sur 3 Kms de littoral; Un scandale. J’ai moi même ramassé des détritus de toutes sortes. l’environnement n’est vraiment pas le souci des Chinois; Touristes ou exploitants . Navrant et décevant. »

« We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking. »

« Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! »
