« We had a lovely stop over in Sanur for two nights - the villa was beautiful, comfortable and the private pool was such a bonus. The food from the connected restaurant Paed Thai was 10/10 with something for everyone. The people running the Villas were kind, helpful, accommodating and very communicative over WhatsApp and in person. Novita, Jerri and the whole team were lovely hosts making the whole stay so enjoyable. Would reccomend to anyone again! »

« Great hotel, possibly the best in Sanur. Nice and well built, comfortable well appointed rooms, very good breakfast, huge two pools and very attentive and supportive staff. »

« ❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful....
