« The location is amazing; right by Carrera Gelato! ;-) The place is good, the pull-out couch is okay, not super-comfortable. Our biggest issues were that the shower head was broken, so we had to rig up something to we didn’t have to hold it all the time. And, the manager/owner is kind, but not very responsive. It seems as if she’s only online about 9 am every day…if you write at 9:15 with a question or problem…don’t expect to hear back for 24 hrs. AND, we had very bad luck with the lockbox. When...

« This apartment is not just beautiful but also very comfortable to stay in. Everything was spotless and clean and the garden is the cherry on the cake.The location is awesome as well, in a lovely neighbourhood a bit away from the hectic city center, yet everything on walking distance. There are many great cafes and restaurants very close by the house. I want to come back to Florence because a few days is definitely not enough to explore this amazing city and when i do, i will try to book this...
