« The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. »
