Appart’hôtels à Gare de Firenze Santa Maria Novella

« super séjour, accueil et service de l'hôtel top. chambre nettoyé tous les jours . »

« Good : the location is fantastic, and the supermarket is well stocked with all that could be needed. The flat is well equiped. Cleaning : very light Misleading : the description of the flat should be more detailed. One side of the bed is nearly not accessible (and not at all when the curtain is drawn). Worse the lift starts after one level by stairs and is very small making it difficult to enter if a bit overweighted. A few photos and a more precise description is necessary. With this...

« The unit was amazing and very spacious! We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in. It was badly needed to be cleaned. No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early. In the...

« This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in. »

« Highly recommend Away from the crowds in a quiet but cool neighborhood Staff were very welcoming and helpful- gave us recommendations to amazing coffee nearby and restaurants Room was small but very nice with everything you could possibly want - we will come back »

« Hôtel très bien situé, accueil chaleureux et chambre agréable ; nous étions côté cours, c’est très silencieux mais l’autre côté donne directement sur la cathédrale! »

« Personnel très agréable, appartement deux chambres spacieux même si meublé sobrement. Emplacement très pratique juste à côté du tram et 3 arrêts pour le centre. »

« Appartement bien situé et calme. Petit cadeau dans le réfrigérateur apprécié. »

« This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip. »

« Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

« Everything looked perfect, sure we will go agan in the future. »

« This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again »

« Très bel accueil merci »

« Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers. »
