We have stayed at this property several times over the years and been very satisfied. HOWEVER, this trip, the room was REALLY run down, dated, broken items in the room, bad smell, just not up to past stays.
Plus, I talked my sister into staying at this hotel and her room was really bad. It smelled so bad AND the carpet was covered in wet "dog pee" spots. She had to move to our room as there were no other rooms available.
When I tried to make up our "hide-a-bed" sofa so my sister wouldn't have to sleep in her stinky room, the mattress on the pull out bed was disgusting, and the bag of linens provided in the room were filthy. The sheets were stained and stunk, the blanket was covered in long hairs and the pillows were dirty. We had to have the front desk bring all new linens at 11:00 p.m.
The room had just 2 towels and we had to ask for wash clothes as well. Not well stocked.
This place has really gone down hill and we will not be staying here again.
