ABOUT THE HOME: Escape to Oceans of Time, a newly built, 3,086 sqft coastal haven located in the gated Hammocks of Seagrove. Upon entering, you will be greeted by an airy, open-concept living space adorned with custom finishes, coastal hues, and abundant natural light. The space seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen, which invites large family gatherings. High-end appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and an expansive island make the kitchen perfect for entertaining. Oceans of Time boasts four king suites – one on the first floor and three on the second floor. Each has walk-in closets and TVs, while two have private ensuite bathrooms, and the other two share an ensuite bathroom. Two twin beds in the upstairs second living area provide plenty of space for your group to spread out. With a bar area, TV, and game tables, this second living space promises both relaxation and fun.

ABOUT THE AREA: Welcome to The Hammocks of Seagrove; located next to Seaside and Watercolor. This exclusive, gated community offers the perfect location with easy walkability access to the beach, and close proximity to world-class amenities, dining, and entertainment options. Take a refreshing dip in one of the two shimmering and gated community pools which are steps away or stroll along the winding pathways surrounded by native flora to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. The community has a boardwalk accessing the trails that lead to Western Lake and Watercolor.

BEACH ACCESS: The 395 Scenic Beach Access, located along Florida's beautiful 30A, is a peaceful getaway offering easy access to the Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters. This charming spot is nestled between coastal dunes and lush vegetation, with a wooden boardwalk leading you to soft, white sand beaches and gentle waves. For added convenience, the nearby Santa Clara Beach Access at 5311 E. County Hwy 30A provides restrooms and ample parking, making it an ideal spot for families and beachgoers. With stunning views, clear waters, and a tranquil atmosphere, the 395 and Santa Clara Beach Access areas offer the perfect coastal retreat.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, this will result in immediate eviction and a fine of $2000 per pet.
- The paddle board hanging on the wall is for decoration only. There is a blow-up paddleboard in the master closet for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $2000 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Came for our son’s engagement.

The property is beautiful and was roomy enough for six adults. However, the front door lock is very difficult to use and we ended up having to leave the door unlocked a few times when we were rushed. Maintenance had to come work on it while we were there, but it’s the type of lock and the instructions are not clear.
