This newly renovated pet-friendly beach-front condominium, with stunning views of the ocean and is conveniently located just steps away from the pristine white sands of the renowned Emerald Coast. The unit features a King master bedroom and twin hallway bunk beds accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.

Centrally situated, guests can enjoy leisurely mornings on the beach and explore the charming shops and restaurants along the picturesque 30A area either by bike or car in the afternoons. Sand Angels is an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking a relaxing week at the beach or a romantic getaway.

Upon entering the unit, you will discover the king master bedroom to the left and a full bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Continuing down the hall, you will come across the twin hallway bunk beds leading to the living room, which boasts breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen and living area.

Step out onto your private balcony with a beverage of your choice, and relish the ocean breeze while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves gently lapping against the shore. Create unforgettable memories at Sand Angels and reserve your vacation today to experience the simple joys of life!

Overall great location and being right on the beach and not crowded was perfect. Ice maker needs attention and one of the ceiling fans didn’t work, but those are minor things. Highly recommended it for a quiet place right on the beach on 30A!

The place is beautifully renovated with the perfect view of the beach! Having chair service was a game changer. I wish the property management company was a little more proactive or, at minimum, communicated at all when the main water break happened and we were without water all day but won’t keep us from coming back!

Condo is located in a perfect location and directly on the beach. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. You are a short biking distance from shops and restaurants. I had to call the management one time for an issue and they responded very promptly. Can’t wait to go back

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway on a private beach, this is it! Excellent location right in beach. View of the gulf and sunsets are fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrella included and set up for us each morning. Condo clean and decorated nicely! Would recommend and would stay here again!

The condo was a little run down for paying nearly $4000 for the week. Layout was cramped. All the floors were warped. Air conditioner quit working and took 24 hours to repair
very hot inside and could not sleep. Kitchen sink was nasty as it was rusting and smelled.

We love VRBO and love the coast - have been using VRBO and coming for 20 years
and this was a disappointment of a stay. The location is awesome
but the property needs some serious, serious, aging attention! Things you don’t see in the beautiful pictures or in the description - there are SEVEN Damp Rid buckets placed all over this small interior, kitchen, bathroom, laundry. All of the air vents drip and leak condensation at all times on your head or making puddles on the floor for you to walk through - literally in the small hallway and in front of the bathroom sink. None of the floors are level in any way, they are squishy when you walk on them as if this flooring was laid on top of old flooring/framing. It’s not a comfortable stay as it is just so, so, old - it’s a lot of lipstick on a pig. However, redo it right and it would be a gem! We did share our issues with Denise from Paradise Properties but have yet to hear back from anyone as of yet

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Leeward II-8 Sand Angels Property. The condo is wonderful and perfect for a family of 4. The views are beautiful and the chairs on the balcony are an added perk. Our boys enjoyed sleeping in the hallway bunk beds and the door between the bunk beds and family room kitchen kept the early morning sun from waking them up and allowed us to stay up later in the family room without it being too loud. This is random but if you have kids in the 6-8 age range our son ran into the TV a few times in the master bedroom and hit his head, he was fine but we definitely had to remind him if it was pulled out from the wall to be careful, as well as hitting his head on the freezer door handle if he went to get something out of the fridge. But that was truly a height issue and doesn’t need to change, just something to be remind younger kids of. The walk to the beach is very easy, with only a few stairs. The beach chair company was great and often picked up closer to 6 which was an added bonus. The property managers were great and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful view of the ocean, super easy access to the beach, on a back street which was much less busy than 30a, bed was comfortable. Overall the towns on 30a are densely developed, homes very close which we were not used to. Our first time in the area and we enjoyed the beach alot and the state forest trails. Will probably visit again. Only suggestion would be to upgrade kitchen equipment a bit and the bathroom could benefit from an update.

We came down for a weekend trip, and couldn’t really ask for a better place to stay. There’s no actual check in process at the unit, they just send you all the info beforehand which made it super simple to get in quickly. Location is as nice as it looks - you walk outside and you’re right on the beach. The property management people are nice and super helpful. I think the listing had warned about potential construction noise/distractions but we didn’t have any issues with that. The parking lot is small so it might be a bit difficult if you have a larger car. Our only complaint is that the master bedroom had no curtains at all and there are floodlights that shine directly thru the window. Yes there are blinds which you can close, but it still feels like mid afternoon when you try to go to sleep.
