Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door!
Steps from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.
Hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, shiplap walls, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Two sizable, covered porches enhance the living spaces of the main home while the carriage home also includes a private covered balcony. The main home features a reverse plan with 2 King Master Suites on the main level along, with a welcoming foyer leading to a back patio and spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a propane (provided) grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the Florida sun!
Ascending the wooden staircase you'll find an open living and dining area with soaring tongue and groove ceilings, abundant natural light and coastal contemporary ambience. The fully appointed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with quartz countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry, perfect for the most discriminating home chef. Note: The Den (with 2 Twins & Queen Pullout) on the third floor is a bedroom with no door, open to the stairwell that leads to the rest of the home.
The (shared) bathroom for the Den is on the floor below (the 2nd floor) and has a soaking tub with a hand-held shower attachment.
Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Pool Access: The Seasonally Heated Community Pool area, mere steps from the home, offers an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, fire pit and more! Seasonally heated March and April!
