Large screen Smart TV over the fireplace and sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony, generously furnished with table/chairs, two chaise lounges and comfortable conversation area. - Well-stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove-top, dishwasher, four-slice toaster, blender, stainless cookware, bakeware and plenty of dishware/cutlery for the whole family! Thoughtful additions like a crock pot so you can come back from a day at the private beach and find dinner ready plus a high chair for the little one! YFAB provides hand soap by the kitchen sink and enough dishwashing liquid and dishwashing detergent for your whole stay. Granite countertops for a luxurious look and a view of the gulf as you cook!

Master Bedroom with KING size bed, sliding glass doors to the gulf front balcony and large walk in closet (big enough to set up for the pack and play that we provide for you). Large Smart TV just added!

Second bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom.
Third bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and share hall bathroom.

All bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone charges and fresh white coverlets. Updating with wood-look tile in all bedrooms in late 2024.
All three bathrooms have 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shower soap and starter supplies of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom).
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer - and Your Friend at the Beach leaves laundry detergent enough for your whole stay. Iron and ironing board and a drying rack also included in laundry room as well as a broom, dust pan and mop.

Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. One marked spot in the underground parking garage and one unmarked spot in the outside parking lot. A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee in high season.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV's. No tents are allowed on beach. Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited. Must be 25 or older to rent, no chaperoned groups.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
