ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Ocean Pearl 30A. This newly constructed home is coastal chic and designed with family comfort and enjoyment in mind. With its open concept living, dining and kitchen areas, three master suites and lots of kid friendly spaces, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time at the beach. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood right on 30A and walkable to the beach. The fireplace in the living rooms creates a cozy feeling and helps warm you up on those cool evenings, watching a movie or your favorite team. Ocean Pearl 30A comes with 2 COMPLIMENTARY bikes and ONE 6 seater golf cart. Just hop on them and explore the nearby communities, beach and 30A. After a fun day in the sun, enjoy your evening cocktail on one of the three screened in patios or balconies that overlook the wooded nature preserve.

ABOUT THE AREA: Dune Allen can be described as laid-back old Florida. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes and sprawling beaches, it's a nature lovers dream. It's perfect for families who don't like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is at the end of Woodward Drive and right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard. No Need to determine what area of the beach is assessable. Both Public Beach Accesses have plenty of space to enjoy your days on the beach.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Perfect set up for la large group

Loved everything about this property. So impressed with all the extras. Loved the upstairs mini fridge, make up mirrors, private balconies with, gift boxes with toiletries
I could go on and on. Close to beach access. Beautiful area with lots to do and see. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again.

Baseball at the Beach

A group of 10 came for a baseball tournament and had a blast!!! The house was incredible. The living area was plenty big for our group to gather and eat. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved all the porches. The short walk to the community pool was perfect to cool off after a long day of baseball. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for the short ride to the beach. We will be back!
