Two Night Reservations:

Pet Policy:
*No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Smoke Free Environment:
*No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Exterior Surveillance:
*For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area. These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy. Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach as beach towels are not provided.
