Un endroit magique avec accès à pieds à la plage. Le personnel est charmant et Lila, le aras, nous a bien fait rire. Les chambres sont très propres et très confortables, à la hauter des photos. (un grand merci à Jorje qui a réparé mes chaussures de randonnées !)

Une nuit aux étoiles!
Nous avons pris une nuit supplémentaire en suite avec un grand balcon donnant une vue sur la mer au bout de la cime des arbres. Endroit recommandé pour les amants de la nature et prêt du parc Tayrona. Personnel extrêmement chaleureux, aimable et serviable comme ci nous étions chez sois.

Très bel hôtel à la plage
Très bel hôtel pour flâner et aller sur la plage. Un peu lointain de l'entrée du parc Tayrona mais l'hôtel organise une navette gratuite. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse (chambre famille pour 4 personne en duplex). Obligation de manger sur place vu qu'il n'y a pas d'autre restaurant proche de l'hôtel. Sur place la nourriture est bonne sans plus et sans produits frais de la mer apparemment. Attention, ils ont voulu nous faire payer un surplus pour nos enfants qui étaient déjà payés par Hotels.com. Ils nous ont également obligé de payer un supplément pour un e assurance sécurité dont il n'est pas fait mention sur le descriptif.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Maria Tayrona. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The location is within the lush green jungle. The food prepared is great too. Overall, a very unique and pleasant forest stay experience with all the facilities you could ask for.

This was one of our best stays out of all hotels we experienced throughout or 3-week-trip in Colombia. Beautiful bungalows; pool area and super friendly staff doing all they can to cater to our needs.

The food for dinner was almost inedible. The chicken was too tough to cut, the vegetables were greasy. But the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and the room great.

The descriptions were inaccurate. I paid for a luxury bungalow which is supposed to have a complete ocean view, however it was jungle view only. We also had no running water!! It was simply not as described.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place very close to the Tayrona National Park, surrounded by astonishing tropical vegetation! The cabins are well-made, comfortable, they have a great bath and shower, and they offer incredible views from their balconies (in our case, of the vegetation and mountains). The personnel, in general, are accommodating and efficient (although not totally trained in local tourism).The location is great since it is 15 minutes away by car or bus to the Tayrona National Park and to the beaches of Mendihuaca / Costeño Beach (the best beaches nearby, besides the ones from the park). It is also 40 minutes away from the beaches of Palomino. Now, let’s talk about some disappointments: 1. This hotel doesn’t offer a good getaway to the beach. The 10 minutes path to the beach from the reception of the hotel is nice (you walk through a tropical garden) until you get to an open sewage drainage and walk alongside this drainage. After this unpleasant section, you get to a small and public beach that has a local bar and restaurant. 2. The hotel’s restaurant is kind of pricey for the quality and quantity of the food. The menu is not small but doesn’t offer many healthy, vegetarian and varied options. The food also tends to be salty. 3. The pool is nice and meets its purpose, but is a small pool for the size of the hotel. 4. The staff is not trained to offer consistent suggestions and orientations about local destinations and activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria Tayrona,the end and highlight of our 10 days in Columbia! The remote jungle location with a beautiful beach is just what we were looking for. The pool area has plentiful seating and shade, and the water temperature is perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant food is good. I would highly recommend Villa Maria to those looking for a beach/jungle eco experience

Very unique experience, settled in the woods surrounded by nature, rooms are spread far apart so require a lot of walking but definitely worth the experience, great stuff, food was pretty good, will go back.
