Incredible views from this perfectly located pueblo adobe home with first class amenities. Minutes from the Plaza this lovely contemporary pueblo adobe home enjoys fabulous 180 degree sunset, Santa Fe city and western views. With an open floor plan and high end appointments this home features fine finishes such as hard trowel plaster walls, vigas, flagstone floors, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops.
A kiva fireplace is found in the living room as are even more incredible views from abundant windows in all areas and rooms of the home! For the true mountain experience the hot tub awaits on back portal - beautiful sunsets, cities views and more stars than can be counted! Adobe Santa Fe is newly available and will feature all of the finest and freshest upon your arrival.
The Master suite offers a king bed, jetted luxurious bath, large walk-in jetted shower with direct access to the deck and hot tub. In addition there is another suite with full private bath. The additional bedroom offers a queen bed as well as a single twin bed with northern views and deck access. There is another full bath in the hall for these two bedrooms to share.
The state of the art kitchen is complete with sub zero stainless steel appliances, high-end cookware, built in desk and a counter bar with seating for two.
In addition to the main living area, each bedroom is equipment with flat screen televisions with satellite TV and Netflix. Adobe Santa Fe is filled with beautiful art and a professional and custom decor to simply relax and enjoy your stay in our beautiful City.
There are two additional outdoor areas off of the front and back entrance to enjoy an outdoor meal on the BBQ.
Family friendly home that includes amenities such as a pack and play, high chair, changing table, toys and games for children ranging 6 months to 12 years, safety gates and more.

We are available by text, phone or FaceTime 24/7. We do not live in Santa Fe so will most likely not see you but we have friends within a 5 minute drive we call for any needs that arise during your stay.

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If not, uber is available as well as public transportation in the downtown area. The closest bus stop to our home is about a 2.2 mile walk (up a hill) making public transportation really not feasible from the house but once downtown there are plenty of options. Please remember that a car with 4 wheeled drive is recommended in winter and is required if snowing or has snowed recently.
Parking: Free parking on premises
4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter due to steep road to access home and driveway. If there is snow or ice, it is very difficult to climb the road to our house without 4x4.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am per Santa Fe's short term rental ordinance. Please help us keep short term rentals alive in Santa Fe by being respectful to the neighbors and ensuring you keep to the quiet hours.
Pets are welcome, but they require prior authorization and a fee. Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet along.
