The Space:

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was designed to make the most of its incredible East Cliff location, with gorgeous water views visible from multiple rooms throughout the house. Whether you're waking up with the ocean outside your window or gathering together after a day at the beach, the setting is hard to beat.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for kids or friends, while the third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. With three full bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to get ready for another day of Santa Cruz adventures.



At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy breakfasts, family dinners, and sunset snacks, including cookware, a coffee maker, and toaster.



Outside, the private patio invites you to slow down and enjoy the coastal setting. Dine alfresco, sip your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening with the sound of the ocean in the background.

PLEASE NOTE: the stairs to East Cliff from the front side of the house are under repair. Beach access is directly across from the driveway (walkway between neighbor's house and fence), take a right, and walk down the 22 steps to the sand.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Twin Lakes Hideaway, so you can settle in and truly make yourself at home.



Enjoy all three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining spaces, and the private outdoor patio overlooking the coast—perfect for morning coffee, meals outside, or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves.



Guests also have full access to the home’s washer and dryer as well as dedicated on-site parking, making longer stays and family beach trips that much easier.



From quiet mornings at home to days spent exploring the Santa Cruz coast, the space is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Twin Lakes Hideaway puts you right in the middle of one of Santa Cruz’s most loved coastal neighborhoods. Located directly on East Cliff Drive, you’re just steps from the sand at Twin Lakes State Beach, making spontaneous beach days, morning surf sessions, paddleboarding, and sunset walks incredibly easy.



Take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the Santa Cruz Harbor, where you can watch the boats come and go, rent a kayak, or grab a waterfront meal at one of the nearby restaurants. It’s the perfect area for slowing down, exploring on foot, and experiencing Santa Cruz like a local.
