« This house was amazing! The layout of the house was perfect with an open floor plan and inviting outdoor area. The house had all amenities you could need with beautiful and comfortable decor. The house was clean and well appointed with fresh flowers and welcome pastries upon our arrival. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. « The home is in a nice location with easy access to most things. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. The home itself could have been better cleaned. Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me. « You can't beat the location. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The staircase is pretty steep so maybe not the best place for toddlers. But this place is great for adults and for families with kids that have already mastered the art of walking (or haven't started yet). »

« This house worked out perfect. The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again. »

« We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!) »

« The home is well appointed, comfortable and has all the amenities you'd need. It is immaculately clean. Parking is easy and it's very quiet and serene. There is a detached small studio unit on the property behind the main house. The neighborhood is very convenient and walkable to a small grocery, Deke's, next block over and restaurants. Do not miss the Harbor Cafe! The beach is in walking distance. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. »
