dame à l'accueil pas très accueillante. étant arrivé 1h30 avant l'heure officielle de check-in, notre chambre était prête, MAIS elle n'a pas voulu nous la donner, a moins que de payer 20 USD !!! Honteux! J'ai déjà pris possession d'une chambre plus d'une fois avant l'heure de check-in et jamais on ne m'a demandé de l'argent !! De plus une caution de 100 USD a du être déposée. (ticket reçu), mais pas de ticket pour la libération de cette caution. Assez bizarre, non ?

Pleasantly surprised that there was two separate rooms with doors and separate ac. It was very quiet and clean especially for the price. Within walking distance from the Broadwalk.

Great service at check in. Really friendly and accommodating. The hotel had parking and was in a perfect location, right in between downtown and the boardwalk. I'll stay here again for sure.

Everything was filthy. Everything was run down and the smelled terrible or broken. The room was right on the road and had a lot of road noise. The ac was loud and made a loud humming noise. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and we had to take the comforter off because it smelled so bad. Probably the worst hotel experience ever

Good location. Easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach or roller coasters, or even Trader Joe’s and downtown. Some road noise during the day but not much at night. I think I’m a light sleeper and had no problem sleeping. Bed was comfortable, ac worked great. I like being able to have my car right outside the door. I’d recommend and stay here again if I’m in need of a room in Santa Cruz.

I really enjoyed this facility. It was walking distance to several dining spots, as well as the concert venue we came for (the catalyst atrium). The hotel was very clean and quiet. I appreciated that they supplied earplugs but they weren’t even necessary!! The staff was extremely friendly. It was such an easy walk to the boardwalk and pier. I will definitely stay here again.

Like most motels of this caliber, the beds were not very comfortable. The A/C cooled well, but was loud. On the other hand, it masked the construction noise outside so I guess that was a wash. Also there was a wicked drain fly infestation in the bathroom.
