Upstairs, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers plenty of space for gathering with family and friends. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Please note:
-This is a peaceful beachside community, and no parties or events are allowed. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet neighborhood atmosphere.
-The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
ï»żï»ż-The TV in the living room is a Smart TV with cable and local channels. The other TVs are smart tvs with only streaming capabilities.

ï»żï»żDuring the winter months and stormy weather, the outdoor TV will not be available for use.
Other things to note:
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.
Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.
Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
