Welcome to this stunning home located on West Cliff Drive! This one-of-a-kind property offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its ideal location and breathtaking natural beauty. This home consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two private decks that provide the perfect vantage point to soak in the panoramic view of the beach, Boardwalk, and Wharf.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 10 Guests (Ideal for 6 Adults and 4 kids as one room is double bunk beds)
- 4 bedrooms
- 4 bathrooms
- 3 parking spaces available in the driveway
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room upstairs & family room downstairs
- Patio with a Traeger Grill and new firepit area! There is a storage space for water toys, bikes, & surfboards

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- You’ll have convenient driveway parking for up to three cars, with additional metered parking available along the street if needed. Please keep in mind that this house is in a busy neighborhood, so additional parking may be hard to come by.
- For outdoor cooking, enjoy our Traeger grill! We’re pleased to provide pellets, so you’re all set for some delicious BBQ.
- This home is perfectly situated near the lively wharf and boardwalk, where you’ll occasionally catch the sounds of nearby activity. It brings a bit of the city’s vibrant energy right to your doorstep, day and night! If you’re sensitive to noise or prefer a quieter retreat, this may not be the ideal fit for you.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay for our end of girl scout years! We loved thebhouse, the distance to everything was perfect. Truly enjoyed the house too! Perfect for people watching too! The train went by too. We could have stayed a lot longer comfortably.

Large, comfortable home across the street from the beach

Plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large gathering space on each floor. It seemed strange that the lower floor had 2 large couches and the upper floor (with the kitchen) only had one (we like food). The dining table only sat 6, but we found a larger folding table in a closet and used that. Otherwise, it was a great place for a family gathering. The wharf and main beach are just across the road, which is very convenient. Noise wasn’t an issue, but we were there mid-May during the week. Highly recommended.

Location location location!

This home met all our expectations and more! The location is exactly what we were looking for. We could walk out the door and had everything we could want: the beach, the pier, the boardwalk, and all the restaurants and shops we could ask for. The house was set up perfectly for our family. There are beach toys in the garage for our use, kitchen fully equipped, and the views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating. We could have easily had multiple families here.

Beautiful property and location

The house is wonderful and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. We couldn’t check in on time because it was still being cleaned and we were not provided with a late checkout which doesn’t seem fair. We would definitely stay again in low season because the high season rates are out of our price range.

Walkable and Lots of Space

The place is exactly as pictured with great ocean views and lots of space with an upstairs and downstairs living room. Lots of walkable restaurants and basically across the street from the pier. Very convenient! Plenty of cookware and dishware to make yourself at home. It is on a one way street so it took a loop or two to find it for the first time. Just look for the blue house! Other than that no complaints whatsoever.

We absolutely loved the location! The beds were comfortable. There's even a drawer full of toys and games. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. It was perfect for our little family but has TONS of room for us to bring friends next time. It's affordable and comfortable. The only thing was the dryer didn't seem to be heating fully enough to dry our laundry, but that's an easy fix!

Big and beautiful house!!

This house is nice and big with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! It’s beautiful, has an ocean view and is in the perfect location to the wharf, beach and boardwalk!! You can easily have two families staying here with all the bathrooms and there are two living rooms!! We will be back!!

Sweet 16 celebration

We brought our daughter and her friends to Santa Cruz to celebrate her 16th birthday. The house was perfectly located so the girls could walk to the beach/boardwalk/wharf. The house was beautiful, clean and had great views. The kitchen table only seats 4 (on the main kitchen level) which is challenging when you have a household of 9...but we made it work! We had an absolutely lovely time and hope to return in the future!

It’s was a great place for our family to come and celebrate our graduate. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, rides and pier was perfect. We also walked to market area and had some great meals and entertainment. The Ideal Restaurant across the street was great food and fast and did a great job accommodating our group of 8. We also ordered in from the Mission Street BBQ.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home was spacious and tailored for several people to all have their own space if they chose. The open kitchen allowed us to all to cook and mingle freely. Property is in an awesome (albeit not very private) spot right near the boardwalk and wharf. Clean, spacious, and well laid out, we had a great time. One note-. There is a beach parking lot for 20 or so cars almost directly below the bottom deck. This lot was CLOSED when we stayed due to construction, but if it were open I could see some people feeling a lack of privacy, particularly on the lower level

Location, location, location

Imagine your own little island but it’s a stone’s throw from everything! We came to Santa Cruz to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday and had a blast, even with rainy days. The layout of the house is perfect for a big group and the house is stocked with everything you could need. Host is so nice and Johnny-on-the-spot with communication. Will definitely seek out this house again.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish!

We rented the house for a weekend family getaway. Cody & Grace with the management co. were amazing. They responded quickly to my emails and were very helpful & thorough with details. The house and views are beyond breathtaking. The house is beautifully designed & decorated. It's kept very clean & the beds were very comfortable. Amazing location

This property is within steps of the beach and the wharf. Walking distance to the boardwalk. House is spacious and clean and has every amenity/tool in the kitchen (except for a pizza cutter). Grocery stores are a short drive away. I brought my daughter and 4 of her friends here for her 16th birthday and it couldn't have been better!
