Résidences de vacances à Santa Catarina Palopó

« Con: Unhelpful staff. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great. »

« We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. For kayaking, jet skis, massages, and restaurants, the host was able to provide some amazing recommendations and was readily available to answer any questions. Alfonso was very kind and...

« The place was perfect for our group of six—beautiful garden, wonderful views, and nice kitchen. Alfonso, the groundskeeper, was extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying in this place! »

« Such a nice piece of property with a great view, amenities and welcoming, attentive grounds keeper. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!! »

« La vue du balcon est tres jolie! L'eau chaude fonctione seulement 30 secondes, donc on peut dire q'il y en pas. Pas moyen d'avoir un Uber a l'hotel pour aller en ville. »

« Everything was perfect, Astrid is very professional and helpful. Thank you !! »

« Horrible servicio hacías el huéspedes »

« This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free. »
