Please allow me to apologize on behalf of all the Ta Cenc family for being not able to meet your expectations during your last holiday at our beautiful resort.
Please let me reassure you that , since your last stay of Mid June 2022 ,we have improved the quality of our service and accommodaton : rooms are now cleaned with attention and carefully inspected by our housekeeping manager who works closely with our maintenance department.
We also have a shuttle service available which will operate until mid September.
We are constantly training and motivating our stafff in order for them to deliver a quality experience to our guests.
Please be confident to book another holiday at Hotel Ta Cenc , we are going to take excellent care of you next time.

The overall service and standards of Ta Cenc have significally improved since your last stay at the end of April 2022.
All of our rooms are cleaned with attention and carefully inspected by our housekeeping manager and maintenance .
We have changed all of our sunbeds and parasols by the adults and family pool.
Both of the swimmingpools areas are cleaned regularly and sunbeds and tables are carefully sanitized every day.
We are improving our overall service by training and motivating our team .
I want to reassure you that we care for our guests here at Ta Cenc and we really would love to be able of taking care of you again on a next visit in Gozo.
