« Not too much noise despite being close to main roads. »

« Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and really kind and communicative host! »

« Clean, safe and quiet. »

« The place was super clean, and overall, we enjoyed our stay! The only things that could have been better were the communication regarding the security gate check-in process and the checkout cleaning instructions. I had to reach out by call/message to clarify those details. I was also surprised by the refundable security deposit, as that felt quite high. Aside from those things, the property itself was very clean. »

« We needed space for four and this place delivered plus being close to local spots made getting around simple! Small extra things like free calls added up nicely too. »

« Fridge and toaster got plenty of use during my stay. »

« Host was very responsive and attentive. Overall a cute neighborhood with easy access to shopping, airport and atteactions. »

« Great space to stay for multiple nights! We made dinner and breakfast and the kitchen was very nice to work in! Everything was clean, homey, the perfect place to stay in and hang or come back to after exploring! In their welcome binder they mention they are across the street from old town. Be prepared to drive 10 minutes or Uber there but it is a straight shot with minimal traffic! »

« The bathroom was dirty, not all the lights worked. One of the night stands was missing a wood piece. The sink in the bathroom looks like it’s going to fall off and it’s clogged. Terrible, wouldn’t recommend »

« We loved our stay! It was quiet and the night was beautifully dark. We loved how clean everything was! »

We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a...

« Location, unit, and service was excellent! Walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants, place was clean and spacious for a single person, and comm for assistance was quick. »

« Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes »

« Great communication with the host. Sweet little property in a safe neighborhood. Would use again. »

« Clean room all around ,clean kitchen nice heater provided extra blankets and pillows. I had a problem with key safe but was able to figure it out. »

« Great place for a weekend trip or vacation »

« This place is, as advertised, bizarre and beautiful. My wife and I loved it and will return whenever we visit our son a couple miles up the road. Being from Alaska, AC is very important to us and it worked perfectly for us. The beds were quite comfortable, all the furniture was comfortable, the TV was big and had a great picture, and the kitchen, while small had everything we needed. One caveat though. We would caution people with mobility/accessibility issues . There are uneven steps up or down...
