« Hôtel à éviter. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. J'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits, mais ils m'ont donné une chambre avec un seul lit et ils n'ont pas voulu corriger leur erreur. J'ai appelé Expedia pour qu'ils essaient de faire le changement, mais la personne à la réception leur a raccroché au nez. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et il n'y a pas eu de service aux chambres. Il fallait aller à la réception pour avoir des serviettes propres ou d'autres rouleaux de papier de toilette,...

« The rooms were clean but we were told because of our stay for four days they don’t change sheets for “long periods of stay” even though there is a sign on the bathroom mirror saying that linen and trash is picked up daily. So the last night that we stayed we had a night desk clerk help change our sheets, she was very nice and was willing and ready to help us have a more comfortable stay. Overall the place was easy to get to and accommodating to what we needed from the stay. Would we return?...

« Great location! The staff was super nice. My two complaints is that the rooms have a musty smell to them. & I think they are understaffed in the restaurant. We waited awhile to get sat, and to get our order taken we ended up just leaving and eating somewhere else. The staff is great! And the location of the hotel was great! And the price was great for the location! »
