Great : Kitchen and utensils , Towels for indoors and outdoors, Wifi Not so great : Wall unit A/C Noise , A/C water condensation wetting balcony floor , Long wait for elevators , No TV channels , Bathroom Shower should be replaced , Tight Closet spot already full with supplies and no usable closet space for guests »

« Sliding door does not latch , no lock . We told the maintenance guy about it and he never returned to fix it. Super dangerous for kids. Beds is not comfortable. The futon is dirty and not comfortable to sleep on at all. »

« This suite has a GREAT view! Unit was very clean upon arrival. There was sufficient about of supplies for a 5 day stay. Walking distance to Waikiki beach. Would stay at this location again. »

« We didn’t not have a tv for the first three days of our stay. The manager acted like I was unreasonable to be upset. When they finally got us the tv the cable didn’t work. I had upload my streaming service. The balcony door doesn’t completely close. The window air conditioner is very load. There was paint peeling in the bathroom. The sleeper sofa had stains on the cushions. The wait for the elevators can be very long frustrating. Upon leaving for the airport, we had to wait over 30 minutes...

« 玄関の鍵(電子ロック)が壊れており、またホテルとは別運営であることから対応まで2時間近く車で待つことに。鍵の修復が即時にできないことから初日は別の低層階の部屋に宿泊することに。今後は同様なことがないように事前確認を行って頂きたい。 3514の部屋自体は見晴らしも良く綺麗で満足でした。 »

« The property was worn. One sliding door has been kicked and was split. Several outlets didn’t work. Although it was a condo with a kitchen for preparing meals, the tools were minimal. Communication was very good and I loved the keyless entry that allowed us to come and go easily. The location was also good. »

« Easy parking, nice location, walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The apartment requires some renovation and good cleaning. Upon check-in, I was outraged by the vacuum full of dust in the closet and bed linen from the previous guests inside the folding sofa. »
