« Place was clean with nice views and great location and good bed. Good hot water and water pressure. Lots of counter and storage space. Front door sticks badly and unfortunately pool and rec areas were closed (which we knew in advance). Couch uncomfortable. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Things could use a little upgrade and air conditioner noisy. But generally everything went well and we enjoyed our stay!! Very nice to have a a parking space in Waikiki! Better directions to parking and getting...

« The room was nice. But communicating with them was terrible. We never got our parking pass and had to pay 50 a day for parking that was supposed to be FREE. And we messaged and called them and nothing back. »
